The Process is a studio photography session designed for dancers and movers. It’s not your typical photo shoot—it’s an experience that requires a little bit of digging deeper and getting personal in your art. You should expect to spend some emotional and physical energy. You will go through a series of exercises that help you to 1) push yourself out of your comfort zone, 2) express yourself through dance, and 3) practice vulnerability and risk-taking. It’s about doing the hard work that you’re fully capable of.
